Wow, I almost missed the second day.. Bad weather kept me out later than expected. But I made it.
Todays photo was inspired while waiting in traffic this morning on my way to work. We spend so much of our time waiting. So I thought I would show you a photo of a bad time to be waiting…

Just a couple of shots from a quick trip through Somerset County on Saturday. The leaves are turing and the scenery was beautiful. Was really nice to get a day off from work to relax and enjoy what God has given us.

Recently my photography club took a trip to the Pittsburgh Zoo. It’s always nice to get out with a group of people that are interested in the same things and our trips are always filled with fun and friendship.

Recently I had a chance to visit the Pittsburgh Renaissance Fair. If you have an opportunity to visit ones of these please do so. They are very entertaining and if you like to take photos you couldn’t ask for a more interesting place.

Recently the photography group that I belong to took a trip to the Westmoreland County Fair to do some slow motion photography. We had a great time as a group and each of us walked away with something totally different.

Here are a few of the shots that I took on my trip to Old Bedford Village on Sunday. They were having a reenactment and living history program on the French & Indian War. The weather wasn’t the greatest but I managed to have a good time and come away with some photos.

Tomorrow I will head to Old Bedford village to photo graph the French and Indian War reenactment. Been looking forward to this one since I was there for the old west show. Hoping the weather holds out and I’ll post some photos of the reenactment.

Tonight I have a couple of shots that I did on my latest trip to Gettysburg. If you are able to visit Gettysburg I highly recommend taking the time see what Gettysburg has to offer. This is an area rich in history and I learn something new every time I visit. I would also like to point out that this year is the 150th anniversary of the battle and they have many great events planned for the entire year.
